In which I attempt to string a few sentences together about my poor attempts at food assembly (and even poorer photos of said food) while wrangling two small children and a business. And by a few I mean two.
Chocolate Avocado Mousse
1 banana, peeled, cut into pieces and frozen
2 heaped teaspoons of cocoa or cacao
1 teaspoon of vanilla
Combine all ingredients in a food processor or high speed blender and process until smooth. Serve with toppings of your choice – berries are great!
